The University of Melbourne is located 2 km north of the Melbourne CBD, in Parkville.

 

From Tullamarine Airport, a taxi to Parkville costs approximately AUD$50. Alternatively, Skybus shuttle buses run from the airport to the city centre, costing AUD$18.

 

Trams run frequently along Elizabeth Street and Swanston Street, between the city centre and the university. A pre-purchased Myki card is required to travel on public transport in Melbourne, costing approximately AUD$7.50 for a daily fare.

 

There are a number of hotels within close proximity to the university.

 

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided at the conference. Dinner will be provided on the first night only (Monday 13 July).
